Hi,

My name is Hagar and I am pleased to meet you.

I am a potter, an artist in clay, engaged in creating and teaching for 30 years in an independent studio.

When I was a 10-year-old child, as a part of a school tour to Hebron on the subject of ancient crafts, inter alia, we visited a potter's workshop. I well reconnect the sense of attraction and magic as I watched him at work. An inner voice told me: this is what will occupy me when I grow up.

I opened the ceramics studio in 1994.

Over the years, in my routine transition between work and kitchen, my language was formed: I cook and serve healthy meals for my three daughters, my extended family and friends and students in handmade pottery utensils.

About a decade ago I returned to the academic desk. I completed a Naturopath Degree and, over recent years I have been occupied with Naturopathy: therapeutic consultation, nutritional instruction and health promoting cooking.

My making is that I am true to the significant voice of my soul that reflects my heartfelt inclinations.

The studio's vicinity in Israel's Judean Mountains, in nature viewed from all directions, constitutes a constant inspiration for wondrous creation and infinite innovation for me.

Both in the studio and, on the website, I offer a selection of useful, smart, ageless and ecological tools.

My specialty involves pottery for baking in the oven, in various sizes and models alongside a range of baking and serving utensils.

I teach pottery to both groups and individuals, children and adults one-time workshops to commemorate special occasions for families and organized groups.
